AT&T Claim for Compensation

What AT&T did:
The store manager promised me that I was going to be paying $160 a month for 9 lines of service. I’ve since been paying way more than that and getting disconnected, sometimes for 3 days at a time, every month. He applies credits that fall through and I’m expected to pay outrages amounts of money for fear of disconnection or if I want to replace any broken phones.
