AT&T Claim for Compensation
What AT&T did:
Purchased a mobile internet hotspot through att. Was sent the wrong device due to back order around holidays then after the ads pushing you to add this service all boasted NO OVERAGES all over the ads, they hit me with at least $1500 worth of hotspot overages based on a $10 per 2g scale. They did not deny the advertisement had bragged no overages they will just slow speeds after a certain amount. I have screen shots of the plan description “unlimited your way” to backup claims.
