AT&T Claim for Compensation
What AT&T did:
I purchased a phone for an elderly man and added a line. The gentleman was not able to operate it. I realize we didnt return the phone in time and was more than willing to keep it and pay for it on the monthly plan. However, they will not let me drop the second line even though this man is on a plan with them through his daughter
