What AT&T did:
I haven’t had phone service for at least a week or more. Account manager failed to disclose hidden charges. I’m a senior citizen and have no access to phone. I want AT&T to cancel bill, take back phone, if not they need to return the phone I used as a trade, which I was told would be a 500$ reduction from the phone they sold me.
