AT&T Claim for Compensation

What AT&T did:
Every month since service started we have been overcharged I have sat on the phone every month to get the bill correct and I am tired of it I want out …they gave me a credit last month for turning the phone off after it was paid and still having issues this month I know longer want ATT and donot want the be charged for the phone I traded my old phone and would rather have it back.

I want my old phone and not to be charged for the new phones
