CarRentals.com Claim for Compensation
What CarRentals.com did:
Went to pick up car, was uninformed that a 500$hold would be on my card as well as a credit check. I canceled reservation and they took the full amount for four days which was $285.15. when I called to ask why they took the money, they said because I received the car and the only thing they can give me back is $60 for Insurance. This was the week of June 2-6. My daughter’s graduation weekend and they took my money!
