What DirecTV did:
I placed an order for new service for directtv and was supposed to be installed for new service on may28th 2022, and the technician never finished the installation and left the job site. I was then told I would be installed on the 29th and that never happened and was told then on the 30th I would be installed and I never got installed and then I was told today the 31st and I still have not been installed. Now being told I won’t be installed till tomorrow which I doubt that will happen as well. This is point blank unsatisfied customer and point blank discrimination.
I want for damage stress and for discrimination to a new or what would have been a new customer in the amount of 4,000 in mental health damages and no services and for discrimination
