DirecTV Claim for Compensation

What DirecTV did:
DirecTV looking for satelite Error Code 920, Error Code 775 SWM NOT DETECTED. Purchased Warranty and Service Coverage for Directv. Called DirecTV and I set an Appointment up with Technician for 06/04/22 Saturday Between 12:00pm and 04:00pm. Received 6 calls to assure me the technician was coming out. Waited till 4:00pm no communication from technician and did not show up. Have been without DirecTV for 4 day’s, unreliable company.
