Expedia Claim for Compensation

What Expedia did:
I booked air france and lufthansa tickets throught them for travel in april 2020. But the travel was cancelled due to covid. Now expedia and the airlines keep sending me back and forth. I still havent received a refund from either. Its been 2 years.
