Expedia Claim for Compensation

What Expedia did:
On 12-7-2021, I booked two Business Class tickets on British Airways through Expedia between the United States and Africa. Moments after booking the flights for two people itinary number 72210841043819 it was discovered that the return departure Airport was wrong. Per Expedia, I was told to cancel that booking and rebook with the correct itinerary. Expedia talked me through cancelling the reservation on line and I rebooked the trip against itinary number 72210873212646. After four months of phone calls emails and tweets, I somehow managed to get someone’s attention as one of the disputed tickets was refunded by Citibank as part of a dispute I had filed for both tickets as they were charged separately by British Airways. I am still out $4314.97 plus accrued interest on the valence that remains unpaid. The $4314.97 plus accrued interest for the other ticket was refunded earlier this month with no explanation about the second ticket bought at the same time under the same circumstances. Any acceptable offer must include Expedia paying all Fair Shake Fees and complete reimbursement for me.
