What Frontier Communications did:
My Family and I Had A Connecting Flight To The BAHAMAS in Orlando Leaving From Atlanta. The Flight Was Delayed Due To Mechanical Reasons 1st. We Was Told That We Would not Make Our Connection and was offer Vouchers For Hotel, Cab and Food. The Flight was Delayed multiple times after getting us to Orlando Around 7:30pm. We was supposed to be in Orlando At 11 am. Once In Orlando Was Told By a Manager That She Talked With Corporate And They Was Not Honoring Any Commitments Made By Atlanta Manager. SPOKE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY SAID UP LOAD OUR RECEIPTS AND THEY WOULD TAKE CARE ONLY TO RECEIVE A EMAIL SAYING NO THEY DECIDED NOT TO PAY DUE TO WEATHER !!! FLAT OUT LIE EVEN THE STAFF SAID IT …
