What Frontier Communications did:
Frontier Communications Provided My Business With DSL internet service. At the time of requesting service I specifically requested a hard wired router only (no Wi-Fi) I later found out I had a wide open Wi-Fi connection exposing my credit card machine to hacks. The service hardly ever worked constantly lost connection and was down more than up. The bill was $10 higher than it was supposed to be. And after cancelling they still continued to bill more money. It was an absolute nightmare that exposed my customers information to hackers and made me go crazy with no connection when needed to run a credit card. Very embarrassing.
