What Frontier Communications did:
My internet is constantly going out and it always takes 2 weeks to get a technician to come out. Then they never fix it properly and it will go down again. This has been going on for over a year and I am fed up. I work from home sometimes and with internet randomly going in and out it is an issue for my job. I am expected to pay for a service that I can barely use and that’s unacceptable.
I want my service fixed properly or I will refuse to pay my bill until it is.
