Hotels.com Claim for Compensation

What Hotels.com did:
I booked a hotel room on Sunday, May 15, then wanted to change it to Monday, May 16. I was told through hotels.com that I do not have to pay until I arrive. I was referred to Expedia and then back to hotels.com. The advertisement was misleading and fraudulent. I felt like I was being jerked around and by that time my time limit to cancel head run out. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau if I do not hear back from this company by Wednesday, May 25th, and will be filing a civil claim as well.
