What HughesNet did:
Paying for internet that doesn’t work.
We established service in Dec of 2021. Our internet has never worked since. constant buffering, I’m unable to open work schedule, email, or print anything from a WiFi source. I was unable to complete my personal income tax as a result and ended up having to pay over $300 our of pocket for tax preparation. I am unable to schedule work shifts due to the constant lag and buffer. I have been on the phone 5 times with a Hughes net representative, twice being over two hour phone calls. They have stated that “there is a problem” and thet are “investigating”. I was told on two separate occasions that a “higher level technical support representative would contact me back within 48hrs. They have never called back. I am continuing to be billed and do not have internet service anywhere near what we should receiving.
I want my internet fixed. I have paid for four months of non- working internet.
