What Metro by T-Mobile did:
I paid 82.00 on 4/30/22 for my 2 lines and on 5/19/22 metro cuts my phones off. From 4/9/22 to 4/30/22 my lines were suspended for non payments due to a hardship. I called in to metro and that’s why my service is off and Metro inform me due to non-payment. They told me the $80 that I paid was a late fee. I asked Metro how you guys charging me a late fee when it’s a prepaid service you pay as you go. I went through three supervisors 3 Braswell employees they made it where I couldn’t even call in for my phone just telling me to go to Metro to a store and make a payment

I want my phone’s back on and I want credit for free month due to the inconvenience
