What Metro by T-Mobile did:
My phone literally stopped working 2 days later after I bought it in the store near me. It died and never turned back on. They took almost 2 weeks to get me another one and they took my receipt. I get the second phone and it did the exact same thing. I go in to try to get a refund or another phone and they told me that the insurance company said I broke my phone which I didn’t, and that they said that I even owed THEM money. They told me they wasn’t going to help me and that I broke my phone that I never even used to an entire week within 2 phones. Very disrespectful and dissatisfied. Calling people never works because they keep transferring me to different numbers that leads me to nowhere. Please I need justice.
