Metro by T-Mobile Claim for Compensation

What Metro by T-Mobile did:
Metro pcs. And LG electronics decided they are not doing buisness any more. I own an LG device. Since this issue started around 05/22/2022 an error message shows up every 40 seconds or so, my internet slows down or is gone completely. I tried speaking with customer service at LG and at Metro pcs. I didnt get any answers. I messaged with someone from pcs i thought we were getting to an agreement then he/she disconnected from me. After no avail. I I called a local metro pcs store and them man was very rude and told me all he would do is sell me a new phone. I bought my first LG phone through merto pcs and got the upgrade 4 times. I am a valued customer they say.
I asked for this; 300 dollar credit with them and one month service. I feel that is very fair. I am not responsible for the buisness decisions the CEO of these companies make. I am a consumer and i am being taken advantage of. I know the next steps to take . I NEED reliable service and a good phone
