Metro by T-Mobile Claim for Compensation
What Metro by T-Mobile did:
I went in to buy a screen glass protector yesterday I had bought one 3 months before it had cracked and I went to get a new one. First they took a man who came in after I did as I was getting my phone out of my purse. I waited 15 minutes and when I went there he started look at my phone thru it he should know the phone its supposed to be a upgrade of my old one I paid 300.00 dollars for last August 7, 2021 did not work any better than the old one. Then the phone was disconnected right after I paid for it and the service it was put on autopay I had no phone service no warning of it I had just paid 3 days before. I went to the Nordoff store to get it looked into. I had to drive down there. I could not use 611 to get intouch of why my phone was cut off plus I had to go to work. Yesterday June 19, 2022 I went for another glass protector at the store at {{ address hidden }} Panorama City CA 91402. 3 months before I bought a case protector and glass for 53.00. It broke so I went to get a new glass protector. He said he didn’t have one I knew he was lying and again I had to go to work and needed to get this protector fixed before it cut my hand. So I had to go to the kiosk to buy one in the mall. I paid 25.00 dollars for it and it is inferior to the one that fits my A32. Thanks Catherine ***** ******@*****.*** ***-***-****.
