Metro by T-Mobile Claim for Compensation
What Metro by T-Mobile did:
I had them for a while years ago Around 2015 I had to charge phone companies because they lied to me and over charged me. When I went inside the store and got the phone and the unlimited plan. I asked them if it was really unlimited and they told me yes. Well that wasn’t the case. I found out the hard way losing my service and phone. When I called them they told me the person didn’t know what they were talking about. It’s wasn’t 100% unlimited and I needed to pay for going over to get turned back on. I left them and went to boost Mobile and when I got boost Mobile they’re unlimited service was unlimited like they stated and never had a problem with them. I know it was a little while ago when I had Metro at the time it was MetroPCS and I had nobody to complain to or talk to and I recently found out about you guys at Fair shake so I don’t know if you guys are going to be able to help out. They shouldn’t take advantage of people.
