What Optimum did:
My internet service was disconnected by optimum on 04/20/2022 and I paid the bill of $141 on 04/22/2022. I was expecting it to turn back on but they said I had to pay $73 on 04/23/2022 which I did but then it’s still not on! Now they saying I have to pay more which doesn’t make any sense now because why are they making me pay more than $214 just for internet….
