What Optimum did:
Optimum healthcare had me disenrolled inaccurately around May 18. Incorrect. Because of that I was denied my cash card for the month of May. None of my doctors will get paid. Someone is responsible for this as she is completely incompetent. I want this issue settled ASAP!
