What Optimum did:
I used to have optimum service, but I got disconnected from the internet for no good reason, I didn’t have internet for 2 weeks, and I use most of the internet services to work from home, so I wasn’t able to work. Then when they scheduled a tech to come down I was scheduled from 11 am to 2 pm and I needed to be home, so I skipped work, and in 3 days in a row I was scheduled, and then a quarter to 2 they will call my up to cancel.
