What Priceline did:
I purchased two flight tickets. I completed the name of the passengers accurate, I provided as requested travelers ID numbers (passports), and the date of birth. They send to AirEuropa wrong name for my wife. Also, they didn’t send the info collected to AirEuropa. Therefore, AirEuropa issue two tickets for the same traveler.
When I contact AirEuropa and explain they said that Priceline has to request a refund for a ticket since two tickets were issued for the same person
Priceline did nothing just create confusion. I am waiting for the refund of $107
