What Sprint did:
I have been discriminated, been promised many things, higher bills, turn my phone off on there mess up once they fixed it my bill was so much higher said they could fix it once I close the account they will credit it it. Transfer one of my lines never gave me a final bill lost the rebate on my new line with verzion because they keep me on a monthly payment called and canceled the other account for 100 dollars they said the other reps haven’t put in notes I just wanted them out of my hair. Thought everything was good they never called the account and now have another bill 165 dollars and said they have to listen to the record phone call from that supervisor never got a call back and now they want more money to close account and I refuse.
