Suddenlink Claim for Compensation

What Suddenlink did:
I have been having issues Suddenlinks my husband passed away in 2020, i used to have cable but it kept going up , so i canceled cable kept internet , I was told the monthly rate with tax would be 75.93, this was in 2021 i believe, i have had a few billing issues where they gave me a credit , Now im getting a past due bill , saying I owe 110.93, I talked to billing dept they said said i had a credit that expired ( what ? ) and that this is what i will be paying and that includeda 10,00 late fee ,all of this is news to me ,the lady i talked to offered to credit my account 5 dollars( Im sure with another expiration date, which i never heard anything that before , i have had none stop issueswith this company since my husband passed away , they always promise me one thing and do something different, i feel like i am being taken advantage of because i am a widow

I want my bill to go back to what was promised to me 75.93, and stop trying price gauge ,your word should mean something,and you should stand by it
