What Suddenlink did:
Over charge from the agreed amount of service. Intermitten service Internet and wifi. Continuous disruptions in service. Tv channels come up with errors V532 and V58. These all requiring reboots. I call tech support with long hold times and then get hung up on. I have had service since 11/2020. Billing changes monthly. I was guaranteed life time billing which was not honored after I called about the billing issues. Recently Suddenlink suspended my service due to medical issue I called them and made arrangements and they accepted my payment and still cut service then billed me for an additional $600 for equipment. I called and they made me get a new account then raised my monthly payments to $173.99 after telling me it was $157.99. I have paid the $508 in 5 weeks and my bill is still $508. Their bleeding me dry. I asked for a supervisor to call on 4/29/22 and they told me Id get a call with in 2 to 4 hrs. No call came. I got the may to june bill today and called again and asked for a supervisor and once again was told that they were in a meeting. I finally got one to call and she told me I would pay or get disconnected. Customer service is horrible at best.
