What Suddenlink did:
I was charged with a tech fee of $60, after i had received an automated phone call explaining “they could see my suddenlink was now working and they would be canceling the tech.”
We had tried to troubleshoot through the phone but weren’t successful and then later that Saturday it started working. This was on a Friday or Saturday and they weren’t even getting a tech until Tuesday.
The tech showed up, but that was not my fault. Suddenlink said because he showed they couldn’t take the price off.
