What T-Mobile did:
We live in a rural area which T-mobile claimed to cover. We jumped through many hoops and made several trips to their stores to finally get an Enseego hotspot. The device never got us a connection. I spent hours on the phone over the next several weeks and everyone ensured me that the issue would be resolved. A day or two after the 30 day mark, I finally reached an engineer who told me that the hotspot would never work with our service tower and that T-mobile should never have sold it to us. Two more phone calls to managers resulted in 1) they didn’t want the device back, and 2) they were canceling my subscription and zeroing out my balance. Now, I’m in collections.
