T-Mobile Claim for Compensation

What T-Mobile did:
Hello, I have been a Sprint customer for more than 10 years with total satisfaction until I switched to T-Mobile because I was told that sprint was going to close permanently by July 2022 and T-mobile was offering great phone discounts if switched before January 2022, reason why I opened my account in which ever since I was very disappointed by the service in general. My internet wouldn’t work outside of my house, my GPS wouldn’t work, phone calls wouldn’t work either since I had always a message saying “no service” so I feel very disappointed and angry because I feel that the company is stealing my money every month by charging me for a service that doesn’t work at ALL! I am person that works with the phone and I have clients that have contacted me several time and weren’t able to rich me because it wouldn’t go through, this has gotten to the point where my stress level has riches to the point that I can’t even express because no matter how many times I call customer service I just never get the help I need, I definitely wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Everyone that works at T-MOBILE are liars because they promise deals that aren’t true so the company itself I’ll say that being dishonest isn’t going to get anywhere.

To be responsible for their service and solve any problem that my service is encountering and definitely get a refund for all this moths that I’ve been paying and my service wasn’t worth the price.
