What T-Mobile did:
I was threatened with credit reporting for a bill I was never supposed to receive. I purchased a service on 3/11-returned on 3/23, within the 14 days I was told to receive no charges if the service did not work. I ended up having to call corporate after receiving the Collections letter, since customer service lied about clearing the false charges and I was charged $55.00 because they could not delete the charges since I had the phone 12 days…even though that was what I was told-return in 2 weeks and get a refund of undamaged items and receive no bill.
