What T-Mobile did:
I’m on the phone with them I’ve been calling I did an insurance claim on the 27th of April of 2022 I wasn’t able to get short clothes or get into my account it’s been giving me problems so I’ve been calling T-Mobile for the last 11 days they’ve been putting tickets in on it tickets in on his troubleshooting troubleshooting so tonight there playing back and forth Asurion T-Mobile they keep transferring me back and forth back and forth to each other saying that my 7 days is up it’s on T-Mobile to replace the defective device and another thing they have been overcharging me on my bill every month for seven years I’ve been getting bills 200 300 400 500 600 seven hundred $800 and they won’t send me anyting showing why my bill is so high I look on my account it’s like the account is like I don’t know you just can’t see where these charges are coming from so I’m filing a claim with you guys to look into my account May of 2022 they’re saying my bill is almost $800 I only have one phone that I actually pay the other than one that’s supposed to be on T-Mobile free my name is Marva ***** my telephone number is ***-***-**** thank you
