What T-Mobile did:
My phone cracked and tried calling insurance through T-Mobile, asurion and they hung up everytime, everytime my husband and I went online the website wouldn’t work. We then went to T-Mobile in hickory hills and told them what’s going on and a associate followed a claim for us . We payed the deductible and he told us we would be receiving a phone in one day. They do one day shipping. Today I call asurion and they tell me the claim didn’t follow thru and that I need to answer some questions and that it wasn’t in computer and payed for. I then proceeded to tell the associate taking care of me that yes it was payed for and asked why I was told these things. He took my money and I still don’t have a phone.. I can’t work and I can’t even call the police if something where to happen. I can’t work without my phone . And this is upside that my money was taken. I then called the hickory hills location 15 times and no answer to speak to anyone about getting a phone and figuring out why this isn’t being handled properly. No one has answered. I then decided to call Oaklawn and talk to a manager their. She proceeded to tell me he should of never filed that claim and everything was done wrongly. I then proceeded to call customer service and tell them everything and how everything happened. This isn’t right and that employee took my money and I have no phone and my phone bill is paid but my service isn’t being used!!?!?something has to be done-!
