What T-Mobile did:
i bough home internet from tmobie i got problem with router device they send me new device but they not sent return lable for that after next billing cycle they charge me for old device i call and ask about that charges. they sent me return lable from email after that i submit old device via ups and they got it but from last from 5 month they give ref.number for refund but i cant get it i got ups traking code and ref number for refund
