What T-Mobile did:
I signed a 24 month contract with sprint/t-mobile in September of 2021 that said they would provide me with 4g lte service on the iphone 11 im leasing from them throughout the time of my contract. As of 5/20/22 they have blocked me from being able to use their 4g towers by not allowing me to even switch from lte to 4g on my device. I need to switch from the two because i only get 4g service at my house and only get lte service in other places because they say the towers around me are broken. I feel like them taking the ability to use something that they said i would have access to is a violation of the customer arbitration clause and i would like to sue them over this major inconvenience.
I want to sue them for breach of contract and violation of the customer arbitration clause which states that i can sue them for a maximum of $10,000.00 and i plan to get the maximum amount.
