T-Mobile Claim for Compensation

What T-Mobile did:
We traded in an iPhone and we’re promised a free upgrade of a new iPhone but instead we were being charged for 7 months now paying for a phone that was suppose to be free. Now we spoke to them and they say we have to wait for almost 2 years to be reimbursement.
