What T-Mobile did:
They bribed me into items they stated was free within the store then to come home and realize they over charged my account they didn’t want to issue my refund but only to credit my bill. After contacting customer service while in the store they informed that the entire transaction was incorrect they still did not refund my account only to my bill. They was suppose to do a trade in yet the prices for my phone was not applied so I left with my old phone and still received my upgrade. After a long conversation with customer service they also informed me that a promotion is what they offered me for the (so called free items). While the conversation extended I am also finding out that those free items would be paid for over a period of 24 months. She carefully explained I would not be able to cancel the line I had or everything would be due immediately. I had to find out all these things after purchasing my items.
This occurred on 5/17/2022 in the amount of 606.46 and 63.48.
