What T-Mobile did:
My family & I where swindled into purchasing 2 more devices + ours so 4 devices all together .the customer service representative assured me that they where taking the money out of my account immediately. They didn’t. Now which is causing my family to be financially ruined! Not to mention they had put our 9year old son as the primary account holder & didn’t follow through with there promotion they offered if we switched. Which caused a $2,300.00 bill with another phone company, because they daily to do the switch correctly. There ruined my credit score! We also had no service no matter where we went in town out of town right next to the tmoble store and even in our home! It’s all been so stressful it’s caused my blood pressure to become critical casing my health to fall!
