What T-Mobile did:
Misrepresentation, express and by omission, concerning strength of 4G coverage at my home address. I own a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 (just over 2 years old) – a 4G phone. Two years ago, service at my address was incredible. The exceptional coverage at my home address was the reason my entire family (wife and two children) switched from Verizon. Unfortunately, the coverage strength and reliability has changed drastically and for the worse since then. Today, all of my cell calls go in and out and there is no consistency. My guess- they want me to upgrade to 5G and purchase a new phone from them. No communications from company have been received to notify me of declining coverage or signal strength. Moreover, TMobile’s existing coverage map (checked as recently as today) continues to indicate exceptional 4G coverage at my address. If I need a new device, TMobile should pay for it.
