T-Mobile Claim for Compensation
What T-Mobile did:
Hello, my name is Judy ***** and I am trying to file a claim because I am unemployed and am unable to pay my bill. I have an iPhone 11 which is completely paid off and T-Mobile won’t unlock which it totally not right.
I owe on my bill not my phone. It’s also not right that I can’t even use wifi calling not even to dial 911 if I had to. I don’t have a landline phone at my house, this is the only phone I own. It’s not fair that are hold my phone hostage when it’s paid off. I understand that my bill is pass due but it’s not right I can’t use my phone.
If they don’t want to unblock my phone they refund me all my money for the phone.
