What T-Mobile did:
Never paying for 5lines switch over now the Verizon bill went to collections $3100. Total
Never got New offers so lost out on that 5 lines worth
Destroyed our credit
Also help themselves on running our credit card and made wrongful charges with this new tmobile account thanks

Switch program of 5 lines from verizon to tmobile 10/2021
Verizons total bill $3200
But they should have pd off our old phones so we could have traded them in Towards new phones never got that either so we just closed on bankruptcy due to identity now they didn’t pay us for switch total bill and total on each phone so rt now they put Verizon on our credit due to not following through with there switch program through verzon
