What U-Haul did:
I have had a storage unit for more than 6 years,due pay periods and paying between two different accounts, I had problems with your auto system which was your error,that caused a refund of payment to me along with a Insufficient payment so that’s not an option for me, each month when necessary I call regarding any late payments, as I did this time, so as not to pay a late fee after your increase, I was unable to reach anyone on the phone I was either put on hold or hung up on for two days, since I’m at work I’m unable to hold for long periods of time, now they refuse to waive the late fee, due to my being able to contact them two days after my commitment date, which was there fault,since having a this unit for so long, it’s obvious,I’m committed to paying my fee, I’m just asking for consideration when we both have reasons for our actions, thank you.
Just want to pay payment with no late fees
