U-Haul Claim for Compensation

What U-Haul did:
I returned my truck Friday June 10th with the keys there were items left on truck that one of their storage renters was unloading. They advised I would only be charged one day and they would make sure content was taken off truck. I was available to do it but they said could go the owner of the content told me not to touch it. That truck sat for 3 days today Monday 13th her stuff is still in the truck and I’m being charge everyday of rental. I spoke to a rep every day over the weekend they said I had nothing to worry about. Paid 89 for 1 day that was to be rembursed by the storage facility it came from. I had no intention on filling the bill .
