U-Haul Claim for Compensation

What U-Haul did:
I called on 5/27 i called and was told i owed 799.81. I went through with my payment and was told it was successful. I went to my storage on 6/9 seen that it was locked and was notified that my storage was sold in auction on. I was never notified that my payment went through nor was i notified that it was up to be sold at auction. The only notification i received was for an review after it was sold. It also states that move out wasn’t until 6/11. So i’m not sure why i couldn’t pay.

I would like to sue the company. I lost everything i own, including things that belong to my deceased mother that i can not get back.
