U-Haul Claim for Compensation

What U-Haul did:
Hello my name is Sabrina *****, I recently used uhaul for a move. Initially after making the reservation over the phone, they said after tax and everything it would only be about 75$. So fast forward to the day of we went to pick up the truck… they were terribly rude canceled our reservation sent us on a wild goose chase to 4 different places on all far sides of town. We finally go to pay to get the keys and some how ended up charging us almost 150$ for 2 days! We got absolutely no money back for our supposed deposit. And then about 4 days after we return the truck after getting a confirmation email saying we were good to go no problems no charges… I get another random email saying I now owe them about 70$ and another 30$ for late fees and it was going to collections and I would be charged 30$ every day I don’t pay it. But gave absolutely no reason or information on what or why we are being charged all of a sudden.
