What U.S. Cellular did:
I applied online for 2 lines online, both s21 ultras. They were on special for free with new service. At checkout, it required me to go to my local store to verify my identity. I was quoted $172/month online. There was also a special for waved activation if ordered online. I went in store and they convinced me to get a different phone due to the chip shortage. They told me to go with the zfold3 (which were also supposed to be free with service) and I would get them in 2 days if I paid for overnight shipping. So I did as such and it was still 2 weeks before I received my phone’s. They refused to reimburse my money for overnight shipping. Then, they didn’t have either phone on promo and were charging me $59.99/month/piece for phones I didn’t want in the first place. They lied to me about every single thing.
