What Verizon Wireless did:
Overcharged throughout 2020 during pandemic during times when unlimited data was said to be available. Late fees piled up and service was cut off on Christmas Day 2020. Fees added and sent to collections at over $6k balance just in 9 months with many payment amount going towards that account.
