Verizon Wireless Claim for Compensation

What Verizon Wireless did:
I have been charged for a phone I exchanged in February. I have spoken to several CSR that said they could see the phone in the warehouse yet they charged me after I told them that the phone was there. I sent through UPS. I was told to pay my normal bill and don’t worry about the 499.99 for the phone. I did that and I am still showing a balance and I am still being charged 47 dollars that is taxes and fees on a bill I did not owe in the 1st place. I have spoke with too many representatives about this and it is still not resolved. The finally took off the 499 but are continually harassing me for the remainder that I don’t owe and never did with the intent to cut off my service if I do not pay. I have been stressed out about this matter and even had to go to urgent care due to my blood pressure increased after not being abl to resolve this issue. They called today again about my balance that I DO NOT OWE!!! How Han you tax me on an amount and char plate fees for something that is completely false. I have a headache and anxiety constantly over this matter! I even gave them the confirmation number from UPS previously Verizon has made my life completely stressful!!! This is not to mention all the fees they charge that you don’t k ow where they are coming from
