Verizon Wireless Claim for Compensation

What Verizon Wireless did:
I was mislead by a Verizon rep back in October 2021 with a Promotion that if I purchase iPhone 13s as a new customer that they would be totally paid by Verizon and that all I would have to pay was the down payment and the taxes on each device I agreed and the rep told me that I would see a $1200 credit meaning I would be only paying the taxes for my phone bill for 4 months. I agreed and got 4 iPhone 13s and 1 iPhone mini which was not free. November came and I saw the credit for the first phone. Then the next bill came out and there was no credit I called explained to them what I was promised at the end of November I reached out to them, no resolution was found. So they promised to call me back once they had one December came no call back, so I called them and started a new complaint for the same issue once again I was told that they would find the resolution and call me back, January came still no response I called back again only to be told the same thing that they will research the issue and call me back. February came and no call back I called refused a call back with a resolution the supervisor assured me that they would refund me the money I paid on the other 2 devices which totaled up to $235 at the time and that they would pay off the other 2 devices that were supposed to be free. I agreed only for the resolution never to be applied and this is now May and I still haven’t received the credit for $235 nor have the phones been paid off. The other issue that I am having is the phone ending in ***-***-**** is defective and I have been calling Verizon for a replacement device for 3 months now and still getting the run around. The device that is defective is a device that I am currently making financing payments on still. They attempted to send me a device on May 14, 2022, only for them to call FedEx on May 17, 2022 to have the device sent back to them! I called all day on the 17th only to be lied to saying that my device will be delivered they intercepted the rerouting of the package. I called fedex at 6am on May 18, 2022 and they advised me that the device has been shipped back to Verizon and arrived at their Fulfillment center May 18, 2022 at 10:30am CST! I still have not received a replacement device nor have I received any credits from Verizon at all and Ii have been over stressed and lost revenue dealing with Verizon this is a Business account and not a Consumer account and I still can’t get Professional customer service

I would like the jobs of every representative that mishandle my account and neglected to assist me to avoid the issue escalating!
