What Verizon Wireless did:
I called to ask to speak with the dept to see if i have a court order on my phone line. In my surrounding areas there is no warrant in my name and/or court order with the courts. Verizon troubleshoots with me for 45 mins and was suppose to transfer me to tech tier 2, i was on dead air for 40 minutes then they dropped the call. I requested to file a police report with verizon due to the fact i have no warrants and record with any law enforcement. This has been a problem for 5 months, ive also purchased norton 360. Troubleshoot with norton360 samsung and verizon. Everything came down to the network.

Stop the court order. NO warrants out in my name and this verizon account is in my name.

There is a biometrics update for Fingerprints that has tampered with my s20+. When updated it overheated and drain my battery. This update is not associated with samsung updates.
